Features / Email automation
The funnel desk for high-risk verticals
The one channel nobody can take away from you.
For your categories, email isn't a nice-to-have. It's frequently the channel, because no platform can close it. Which is exactly why ours is built strict: what kills an email channel isn't a regulator arriving, it's a sending domain burned by complaints.
- Consent recorded, sends gated
- Suppression no automation can lift
- Owned, not rented
Flows, not blasts.
Welcome and post-purchase flows are written to arrive once and never repeat to the same person. Each email passes the compliance gate. Signup and order events are not connected yet, so connecting them is still to come. A blast list decays into complaints.
Every send is recorded, including the ones that were skipped, because "we did not mail this person" is the record that proves the system works.
Welcome flow
When sent, it sets expectations, promises restraint, and keeps it.
Post-purchase flow
Confirms the decision, sells nothing. Its whole job is making the next email get opened.
Lapsed candidates
How long "lapsed" is depends on your product's cycle. A 30-day protocol lapses differently from a sampler, so you set the clock. The product gives you the list. It does not send to it.
An unsubscribe no automation can override.
One click, no login, no "tell us why", and the address lands on a suppression list that is checked last, immediately before every send. No import, no sync, no flow can lift it. Only the person themselves, by explicitly opting back in.
Bounces and spam complaints land on the same list automatically. Try it, then notice there's no button to undo it. That's the design.
One subscriber, three pending sends
The unsubscribe link works from any mail client, instantly.
Consent like a regulator will ask for it
Source, timestamp and IP recorded at the moment of opt-in. "Prove they agreed" is the first question in an audit, and for your categories it will be asked, so the answer is already filed.
The same gate as your ads
The platforms don't police email. The FTC and FDA do. A newsletter claiming a human effect for a research compound is the identical violation with worse exposure, so every subject and body clears the same rules, and a refusal names what was blocked.
A domain that stays alive
Hard bounces and complaints suppress automatically, every mail carries a working one-click unsubscribe, and repetition is engineered out. Deliverability isn't a setting. It's the sum of these habits.
